Your access to and use of the WinPKA Platform is conditioned on your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform.

Access to the WinPKA Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age. WinPKA does not knowingly make its content available to minors.
The Platform is designed for, and its content is contextualised for, users resident in Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, WinPKA does not represent that the content is appropriate or legally permissible for access from every location. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited by any court order, regulatory decision or applicable law from accessing online gambling-related information content.

The WinPKA name, logo and all associated marks, product and service names, designs and slogans are trade marks of WinPKA. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. Third-party trade marks referenced on the Platform (including the names of gambling operators, payment providers and sports leagues) remain the property of their respective owners, and their mention on WinPKA does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
WinPKA may reference, review or link to Third-Party Operators — online gambling platforms, sportsbooks, casino operators or related services — in the course of providing informational content. WinPKA accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, financial harm, data breach or other adverse consequence arising directly or indirectly from a User's interaction with any Third-Party Operator. This includes but is not limited to failed withdrawals, frozen accounts, bonus disputes, data misuse or operator insolvency.
The WinPKA Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. WinPKA expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and non-infringement.
While WinPKA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all published Content is accurate, current and complete at the time of publication, we cannot guarantee that information — including odds, bonus terms, operator details, payment limits expressed in PKR and regulatory status — remains accurate following any update or change by the relevant third party. Users should independently verify critical information before acting upon it.
Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. Nothing on the WinPKA Platform constitutes a guarantee of any particular gambling outcome, a prediction of results in any cricket, PSL, T20, football, UFC or other sporting event, or an assurance that any strategy or approach to betting will result in profit.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, WinPKA, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gambling losses, financial losses expressed in PKR or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Where WinPKA is found liable for direct damages despite the disclaimers in these Terms, our total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount, if any, paid by that User to WinPKA in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Since WinPKA provides a free informational platform and does not charge users, this cap is effectively zero in most circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
WinPKA acknowledges that online gambling is subject to significant legal restrictions in Pakistan. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, along with provincial ordinances, religious principles enshrined in the constitutional framework, and related financial regulations, collectively restrict or prohibit gambling activities for residents of Pakistan.

WinPKA does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
